RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. At this time, we do not offer refunds. If you are not happy with your product, we ask you to please contact us and we will do our best to rectify your concerns.

CONCERNS/INQURIES

If you have any problems or concerns, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item and we will do our best to find a solution. All inquiries will be handled individually on a case-by-case basis, and we assure our commitment to treating every situation respectfully and fairly, while working towards reconciliation and customer satisfaction.

DEFECTS

Our items are individually hand made and we strive for the best quality possible. Throughout the process of creating our scrunchies, they are individually inspected multiple times prior to being sent to you. That being said, we are human and we also understand that everything cannot always be perfect! If you feel that your scrunchie is defective, please reach out to us within 10 days of receiving your product and we will do our best to help you.
