Shipping

Please note that due to Covid-19, there may be delays in shipping times.

LTL Creations Co., uses Canada post for all Local deliveries. All delivery time estimates noted below are as per Canada Post delivery estimates. Delivery times are estimates only and there is no guarantee on your products arrival date. Delivery times are estimated in business days, which does not include weekend and holidays. All products are shipped within 5 days after receiving successful payment.

WITHIN CANADA

We offer two shipping options, parcel and standard shipping:

  • Estimated shipping time for parcel shipping is 3-21 days and includes tracking, as well as possible delivery confirmation and card left for pick up when you are not home at the time of your delivery. Parcel delivery is the more costly of the two options.

  • Estimated shipping time for standard delivery is 3-21 days and does not include any type of tracking, delivery confirmation or pick up options. (Items will be delivered to your mail/PO Box with other standard letter mail)

 

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping times may vary depending on destination and courier shipping times. Delivery times for international orders are typically 10-21 days, with that time varying depending on shipping method chose, shipping provider and destination.

LTL Creations Co., is not responsible for accurate delivery of items once left with the shipping provider, wrong addresses given by customers, or other inclusive mistakes made by Canada Post and other postal/shipping services. LTL Creations Co., does not accept liability for damage to orders by postal/shipping services or lost/stolen packages.
